COMPETITION ENTRY REQUEST FORM

Please use this form to request approval to attend additional competitions. All requests must be received 60 days prior to an event, and are subject to approval by PD staff.

This form can be used to:

Add Solos or Convention classes to competitions on our schedule (that we are already attending as a studio)
Add Solos or Convention Classes to extra competitions (that we are not attending)
Add a "Title" solo (if available)
Request an Observer Band (NOTE: This is ONLY for events that sell out before the event, such as Adrenaline; observer bands can typically be purchased at the event and will not be managed through PD)
